Tokihana Shiou (紫央時花) was the Gon-Dai Sojo of the Kōgon Sect who was responsible for maintaining order or other administrative duties. He was extremely skilled in zadan techniques such as his ability to enchant a force field that purifies any Shikabanes that enters within it reach. In the anime adaptation, he was usually assisted by Honda. Later in the last episode, he sacrifices himself to help Makina, Ouri and Honda escape while trying to hold off Akasha and Hokuto.
